The Lost Island Adventure: The Race to Set the Trap (part 3)

The creature roared loudly, causing the ground beneath the adventurers' feet to shake. The group backed away slowly, their hearts pounding with fear.

Jack was the first to react. He drew his sword and charged towards the creature, hoping to distract it and give the rest of the group a chance to escape.

The creature turned its attention to Jack, swiping its claws in his direction. Jack dodged the attack, narrowly avoiding being sliced in half.

Meanwhile, Sarah and Mark were searching for a way out of the chamber. They could see that the creature was blocking the entrance, and there was no other way out.

Alex, on the other hand, was frantically searching through his backpack, looking for something that could help them defeat the creature. He pulled out a small vial of glowing liquid and ran towards Jack.

"Throw this at the creature!" he yelled.

Jack caught the vial and hurled it towards the creature. It hit the creature squarely in the chest, causing it to stagger back and roar in pain.

The group saw their chance and bolted towards the entrance. They could hear the creature chasing after them, its footsteps pounding loudly behind them.

As they emerged from the cave, they could see that the sun was setting on the horizon. They realized that they had been inside the cave for hours, and they needed to find a safe place to spend the night.

They quickly set up camp on the beach, building a fire and setting up a makeshift shelter. They were exhausted and scared, but also excited by the treasure they had discovered.

As they sat around the fire, Jack proposed a plan to defeat the creature once and for all.

"We need to lure the creature into a trap," he said. "If we can get it to follow us into a pit or a ravine, we can defeat it."

The group agreed to the plan and set off into the jungle, hoping to find a suitable location for the trap.

As they made their way through the dense vegetation, they could hear the creature's roars growing louder and closer. They knew that they had to act quickly.
